Recently installed Rigaku X-Ray Diffractometer. New Postdoc Zhe Qu arrived. Joe Hooper departed to his new job after receiving his Ph.D. David Fobes now graduate student after receiving a BS.

Back in New Orleans after spending a semester in Illinois. We would like to thank the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for their great hospitality. They were very accomedating and thanks to them we were able to have a very productive semester in terms of gathering publishable data.
