We have grown single crystals of many materials with quasi-1D structures.
Binary: NbTe4, TaTe4, ZrS3, ZrSe3.
Ternary: PtTaSe3,TaFe1.25Te3, Ta2PdS5, Ta2PdSe6, Nb2PdSe5, K2Bi8Se13, CsBi4Te6.
